All New 2024 GMC Acadia Test Drive: Denali vs AT4

We test drive the 2024 GMC Acadia, it sets new standards for premium SUVs. The Acadia is available in three trim levels: Elevation, Denali and off-road AT4. The Acadia offers greater versatility, a sophisticated interior and exterior design, plus advanced technology and luxurious cabin experience. The new Acadia is longer, wider and taller which means increased passenger spaciousness, with extended third-row cargo space and increased front-row leg room.

All trims of the Acadia are powered by a new 2.5L turbocharged engine that delivers more power and more trailering capability than the previous generation.

Producing 328 horsepower and 326 lb-ft of torque, the new engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic on all trims with available all-wheel drive, including an exclusive off-road-capable Active Torque Control AWD system on the redesigned Acadia AT4.

Inside there is new technology upgrades including a portrait-oriented 15-inch-diagonal infotainment screen, available Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance feature and compatible. The center screen uses Google built-in technology including Alexa. The off road capable Acadia AT4 has a lifted ride height, Active Torque Control AWD system and off-road suspension. While the Denali is all about luxury. We take both for a test drive.
